May has already been a month of significant transition (More updates to come!). Unfortunately, we are saying farewell to Kevin Kelsey this week. Kevin was our first research analyst, and his shoes will be hard to fill. While on our team, he made substantial contributions to our evaluations of Mercy Corps’ TabangKO (Philippines) and INVEST (Afghanistan) programs. His intense work ethic is unlikely to ever be matched. He graduates from Georgetown’s McCourt School of Public Policy next week, and we are incredibly proud to announce that he has taken a research coordinator position with Berkeley. His new work will focus on the experiments around energy efficiency at the industrial level.
